Grand Hotel Wien

This venue is the perfect luxurious hotel for a relaxing stay. the Spa & wellness center offers an excellent massage, and the Steam Room and sauna are great benefits. the room was spacious, comfortable and had exclusive amenities. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of special diet menus to choose from. the hotel's location is quite perfect for exploring the city, with a short walk to major attractions. the Staff was friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area.

The only minor flaw we encountered was the absence of a private facility like a Jacuzzi. the Spa center with its Turkish bath made up for this drawback.

Ideal central location. Luxurious and spacious rooms with unique decor. Polite and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast with varied HOTEL and cold food options. Convenient supermarket nearby.

We loved staff and location - perfect! We ate at a magnificent restaurant on the top floor. Walking to Karlsplatz underground station takes about 5 minutes.

The property overall was fairly clean and pleasant, had very good staff and location. The restaurant was great on the top floor, we ordered warm dishes.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. The location was perfect, just steps away from the main attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional without exception.

Had VERY NICE stay overall, cheap place and the weather was glorious. Everything was perfect during our stay but disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

Great location: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center, restaurants/cafes, and tourist attractions. It made exploring the city easy and convenient.

Poor communication: I had requested parking before my arrival but was not informed about road closures due to an event. As a result, I had to park far away and carry my luggage myself.

Pleasant staff, ideal location just next door to other attractions, all shops and the opera. Stayed in gorgeous superior room with perfect view, the 100 year old everlasting interior, as for instance. Lots of options for breakfast, good pancakes, eggs, bread and yoghourt. The service in general was very good.

Appealing hotel, we loved our stay, it had excellent food and incredible location close to transport links. There were luxurious & elegant rooms with nice tea bags and a bathtub, as example.

The staff were terribly rude, didn't expect that coming.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with a shopping mall nearby where you can find a great hair studio. The spacious area is noticeable in the lovely rooms and bathrooms that were spotlessly clean. The staff was unbelievably helpful, making sure that every need was catered for, and the breakfast had a delicious selection of food. You can also enjoy the view of a beautiful Christmas tree in the foyer.

One of the staff members was a bit rude and didn't greet guests as warmly as expected.

My xmas stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. Plus, the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. First, the breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive, so I opted to have breakfast at nearby cafes instead.

The breakfast buffet and cooked-to-order dishes at the Grand Hotel Wien were excellent, especially for a 5-star city center hotel. The bar was comfortable and had a good selection of drinks. The snack dishes were reasonably priced. The live pianist entertainment was professional and added a touch of class. The 1870 restaurant on the 7th floor was superb, offering innovative cuisine that might not be suitable for traditional food lovers. The hotel's location next to the Vienna Opera was convenient for exploring the city. The service throughout the hotel was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The food at the Grand Brassiere was amazing. The buffet selection was extensive and beyond anything I've ever seen. The decor of the hotel was exactly what I had hoped for, capturing the essence of Vienna perfectly. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything I wanted to experience in the city.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central location and the convenience of having a supermarket right next door. The proximity to the opera house and shopping areas made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the city. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast menu offered a delicious selection of dishes, and the a la carte options were served quickly, which was important for us when we were in a rush. We also enjoyed the high-quality food and excellent service at the restaurant upstairs.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of this beautiful city. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were perfect, offering everything I needed. the location was unbelievably convenient, and I was able to get to most places, including the nearby parking area, without any difficulty. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was great, enticing me with its wide range of selections that satisfied my cravings.

The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating our request for a room change. The spa services were top-notch, according to my companion. The concierge staff was excellent, providing valuable assistance. The hotel's history added a touch of glamour to our stay. The breakfast offered a unique variety of Asian, Arabic, and Western dishes.

Lovely hotel with excellent location near Wien Opera and main sightseeings. Comfy beds with soft pillows. Friendly staff, helpful concierge with great dinner recommendations and concert tickets. Clean and spacious rooms with attention to detail. Convenient to old town sites and shopping mall.

We had a great stay in this hotel, which was located very close to the Opera House. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had various non-smoking areas, which was a plus. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the museum quarter.

The bar on the ground floor closed early, which was a bit disappointing.
